Why S3 EDGE Exists
Female soccer athletes tear their ACL at 2–8x the rate of their male counterparts. The research is clear: the causes are biomechanical, hormonal, and training-related — and they are addressable.
Yet most programs still train female athletes the same way they train male athletes. S3 EDGE was built to change that. Our platform gives coaches the tools to correct the movement patterns that put female athletes at risk.
We combine an innovative movement system with team-based accountability to supplement traditional training protocols and keep athletes in the game.
The S3 EDGE Methodology
Stability
Building the foundational strength and joint control that protects female athletes from the ground up — starting with the hips, core, and ankles.
Symmetry
Identifying and correcting left-right imbalances in strength and movement patterns that increase injury risk during cutting, landing, and deceleration.
Control
Training athletes to maintain proper mechanics under fatigue and game-speed conditions — when most non-contact injuries actually happen.
